General Terms And Conditions
§ I Scope
This terms and conditions apply exclusively to deliveries, services and offers by the seller, Pik Ardie Ausruestung, within the DRAUSSEN.DE Online Shop. Variations of this terms and conditions require the confirmation of the seller in written form.
§ II Conclusion of the contract
With your order, you place a firm offer to the seller to conclude the contract with you. The conclusion of the contract take effect by the E-Mail confirmation.
§ III Right Of Return
You have the right of return within a period of 2 weeks, without giving reasons. The cancellation period shall commence at the earliest one day after the goods are delivered and on receipt of a separately sent written notice of cancellation. Only in case, that the goods are not transportable by parcel (e.g. bulky goods) you may declare your claim for withdrawal in written form, e.g. by mail, fax or E-Mail. To adhere to a time limit of the return, it is sufficient to post the goods in time. Please, frank the parcel, we refund the shipping costs of the return within Germany. § IV Consequences Of Return
In case of an effective return, all performed services on both sides have to refund, and, as the case may be, restitute allowed uses.

§ V Prices
All prices do include german value added tax (VAT) and do not include postage, packing or customs duty. Errors excepted.
§ VI Delivery
We may do partial shipments, as far as reasonable. When receiving your order, please check the parcel immediately if all items are present and in mint condition. Please inform the delivery agent immediately if the parcel is damaged, and contact us as soon as possible. After you have registered your claims against the deliverer to us, we will replace the items immediately.
If the ordered product is not available, because we are not to be supplied from our suppliers without our own fault, we can cancel the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately, and, if required, suggest the supply of a similar product. If there is no comparable product available, or you do not want, that we supply a comparable product, we will, if necessary, refund services already rendered forthwith.
§ VII Payment
Bank charges and/or duties are for buyer´s account.
§ VIII Warranty
The implied warranty is 24 months from date of purchase. For information about additional warranties issued by manufacturers please read the product description. For all claims of warranty, a valid proof of purchase in form of a receipt or original invoice is required.
§ IX Privacy policy
We store and use your personal data to process your order. Furthermore we do never transmitting your data to any other person, company or institution. We store and use all data according to statutory provisions of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetze (BDSG) and Telemediengesetz (TMG). You have the right of discovery, correction, blocking and deletion of your personal data stored by us, at no charge.
During transactions in the DRAUSSEN.DE Online Shop, your personal data will be protected by strong 128bit encryption (SSL).
We use HTTP-Cookies to store information like the content of your shopping cart. The HTTP-Cookies created by DRAUSSEN.DE are readable by our shop system and by you only. Moreover, you may manage the treatment of HTTP-Cookies within your Browser program.
